1. Who you are agreeing with

freecoinsgaming.com ("Sweet Candy", "we", "us") is operated by AURôRE home design, registered in France under company number 949 137 889, VAT FR19949137889, with a registered office at 636 Chemin de Lanoye, 32490 Marestaing, France. By opening the site, creating an account or playing any game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. You must be 18 or over

This site is strictly for adults. You may only use Sweet Candy if you are 18 years of age or older, and you confirm your age when you enter the site and again when you register. We may suspend or delete without notice any account we believe belongs to a minor. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the site, contact [email protected] and we will remove the account and its data.

3. This is entertainment, not gambling

Sweet Candy is a social casino provided solely for amusement. Every game is a free-play demonstration. To state it as plainly as possible:

• No real-money bets or wagers are accepted anywhere on this site.
• You cannot deposit funds, and we hold no player balances of real money.
• Virtual coins cannot be purchased. We do not sell them at any price.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, gifted, sold or withdrawn.
• No prizes, winnings, cash, vouchers or goods of any kind are awarded.

4. Virtual coins

New members receive 10,000 virtual coins on registration and may collect a further 5,000 free coins once per calendar day. Coins are a licence to use a feature of the site, not property, and they remain ours. We may adjust, reset or withdraw coin balances at any time — for example to correct a fault, to stop abuse, or when changing how the feature works. Because coins have no value, no compensation is due if a balance changes or disappears.

Guests may play any game without an account. Guest play is not stored: no coin balance is kept and progress is lost when the page is reloaded or closed.

5. Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity carried out with your login. Provide an email address you actually control, since we use it for account matters. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time and we will do so.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, scrapers or automation to interact with the site or its games.
• Try to manipulate coin balances or the daily bonus, or interfere with how any game behaves.
• Probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Offer to buy, sell, trade or transfer accounts or coins, or advertise real-money gambling services to other users.
• Impersonate anyone, or choose a display name that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone's rights.
• Copy, frame or republish substantial parts of the site without our written consent.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.

7. Games and third-party content

The games are supplied by third-party studios and load inside our pages directly from those providers in their publicly available free-demo form. Game titles, artwork, mechanics and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we claim no ownership of them and are not affiliated with those studios. Their availability, behaviour and appearance are outside our control, and a game may change or become unavailable at any time.

8. Our content

The Sweet Candy name, logo, page designs, layout and written text are owned by AURôRE home design. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reuse our branding or copy our content for your own site or product.

9. Availability and changes

The site is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Sweet Candy— including games, accounts and the coin system — at any time. We may update these terms; the version published here with its "Last updated" date always applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, and any loss connected with virtual coins, which have no value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Since the service is free, any liability we do have is limited accordingly.

11. Responsible play

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
