Email is the fastest route
Write to [email protected]and we will normally reply within two business days. We don't run a phone line or a live chat widget — a small team answering email carefully beats a queue that goes nowhere.
Because Sweet Candy handles no money, there are some things we can never help with: we cannot process payments, refunds, deposits or withdrawals, and we cannot convert virtual coins into anything of value. If you receive a message claiming to offer any of those on our behalf, it did not come from us — please forward it to us so we can look into it.
