Responsible Gaming
No money is at stake here, but time and habits still matter. This page explains how we try to keep things healthy, and where to find real help if gambling is causing harm.

Our starting point
Sweet Candy is a free social casino. You cannot lose money on this site because you can never put any in: there are no deposits, no coin purchases, no wagers, no prizes and no withdrawals. That removes the financial risk entirely — and it is the most important safeguard we have.
What it does not remove is the pull of the format itself. Spinning reels are designed to be absorbing, and it is possible to spend more time here than you meant to. It is also possible for a free game to spark curiosity about real-money gambling, which carries risks we cannot protect you from. We would rather say all of that openly than pretend otherwise.
An important warning about real-money gambling
Free-play demos are configured for demonstration. Their behaviour, pacing and apparent generosity are not a reliable guide to any real-money version of the same game. Doing well at a social casino says nothing whatsoever about how you would fare gambling for real money. Real gambling involves a genuine risk of losing money you cannot get back. Please never treat time spent here as practice, preparation or evidence of skill.
Keeping play healthy
- Decide on a time, not a "win". Give yourself a set slice of time — thirty minutes, say — and finish when it runs out rather than when the reels finally go your way.
- Play when you feel fine. Games are a poor remedy for stress, boredom, loneliness or a bad night. If you are reaching for them to switch off from something, that is worth noticing.
- Let the coins run out. Your balance refills free tomorrow. Waiting for it is a natural, healthy pause — try not to fight it.
- Keep it one thing among many. If this site is displacing sleep, work, study or people you care about, the balance has tipped.
- Take the break seriously. Step away from the screen properly between sessions.
Signs worth paying attention to
These apply to gambling generally, and some can show up with free games too. Any of them is a reason to pause and talk to someone:
- Playing far longer than you intended, again and again.
- Feeling restless, irritable or low when you cannot play.
- Thinking about games when you are meant to be doing something else.
- Hiding how much you play, or being defensive when asked about it.
- Neglecting sleep, meals, work, study or relationships because of it.
- Feeling drawn towards real-money gambling — or already spending money you cannot spare on it elsewhere.
- Chasing losses with real money, or borrowing to gamble.
Where to get free, confidential help
The organisations below are independent of Sweet Candy. Their services are free and confidential, and you do not need to be in crisis to contact them.
Joueurs Info Service
France — national helpline, free and anonymous
09 74 75 13 13 (8am to 2am, every day) · visit website
Outside France, your national health service or a local gambling support charity can point you to services near you. Gamblers Anonymous runs free peer meetings in many countries, and Gam-Anon supports family members affected by someone else's gambling. Your own doctor is also a good first step and can refer you onwards.
Protecting children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. If you share a device with children, consider parental control software — tools such as Net Nanny, Qustodio or your operating system's built-in family settings can restrict access to sites of this kind. Keep your login details private, and log out when you finish. If you believe a minor has created an account here, email [email protected] and we will delete it and its data.
Taking a break from us
There is nothing to cancel and nothing to unsubscribe from — you can simply stop visiting. If you would prefer a firmer line, email [email protected] and ask us to close your account. We will delete it and the data attached to it, no questions asked. Blocking freecoinsgaming.com in your browser or router alongside that request is a reasonable extra step.
Talk to us
We are not counsellors and cannot offer clinical advice, but if something about the site concerns you we would genuinely like to hear it. Reach us any time via [email protected] or the contact page.
